12 seconds and a timeout…

That’s just awful coaching. I had no dog in the fight tonight but it felt like Harbaugh was playing scared the entire game. They only attempted two deep passes the entire game and both went for a 60 yard touchdown. And then at the end of the game with 12 seconds and a timeout he has Lamar take a knee to set up a 44 yard kick for a fairly young kicker. Get the kid 5-10 more yards and take some pressure off. Pathetic.

Agreed 100%. 39 yard FG easier than 44, but damn don't think Loop would have made it no matter what.

 I agree it was a bad kick. But it’s the most pressure packed moment of the game. Maybe from 37 yards he drills it right down the middle.

When ever you question a professional coach decision of this magnitude, it's obvious games are scripted.....Kirby Smart Georgia some days ago......its happens in every sport....its a player, a coach, a ref.....they will manipulate the outcome for the scripted instructions 

Right before the field goal attempt, I remembered Loop kicking the ball out of bounds on the kickoff after the Ravens took the lead.

So they scripted the incredible catch by Isiah Likely all to have the kicker miss on purpose? Why not just make the script for likely to drop the pass? You’re delusional dude…

 Yeah possibly. Lamar took a knee on right side and then he completely pushed it right. Great game wanted Ravens to win ML and retire Rodgers but Loop choked

At a longer distance, more leg power is needed.

I played golf n if I put more effort to my swing, it'll hook.  

Should of gotten closer to help out your kicker.  Fumble is an odd but I'll take my chances that a longer fg.

 It’s funny because that’s exactly what I compare it to. Even though it’s only a 10-15 yard difference in distance, a 5 iron is way harder to hit flush than a 6 iron. That little bit closer that you are the more confident you feel. And I would assume kicking a game winning field goal has the same type of mental pressure. Like in golf, the second that any doubt creeps in your mechanics go to shit. 

And the conventional wisdom used to be save the TO, attempt it on 2nd down and if the snap is botched, spike it and try again. Why not cover that possibility ?

Never know Lamar probably could have found a guy running free for a td he’ll it happened both ways all night old harbaugh felt he got too lucky with kickoff return and first downs and couldn’t think straight and thought he better go ahead and try to win as quick as possible, dummy

He always plays the game scared and not to lose.  Tomlin plays to win.

 The kicker didn't miss on purpose......they have the technology to manipulate the path of the ball.....they let them play and whenever ever they have a chance to throw a flag or manipulate a field goal, they would do it......so you really think the Browns can beat the Steelers ? Lol ok.....read the script and you will make money, specially in NFL and NBA......last week scripted game Baltimore and Pittsburgh were scripted to set this game tonight.....and it was obvious Pittsburgh was going to be handled the game after throwing it last week vs the Browns.......but if after watching games like this you want to still believe sports are legit, go ahead.....I will recommend not to bet because you will go broke really soon
