Take them down!!! I wonder how many parlays I've lost due to these over paid rat bastards didn't perform. I need to go back through my extensive list of parlays and figure out who might have rolled over playing dead at the critical moment. Like they are saying,,,,they've just scratched the surface. I think I've had Chauncey Billips some parlays quite a while ago. I'm wondering if there's remedy where the book can sue the player and the book customers get their parlay back. I think this is just beginning.

Are you really trying to justify a player or coach fixing props or a game? Terry Rozier was just arrested and was receiving CASH for underperforming. Why would you side with ANY player doing this?

What I said does not mean I'm on the players side, cmon man. Reread what I said. I've been doing this for 20 years and have seen a lot, learned a lot. Read an article a few years back that made perfect sense to me and that article stated that they have to balance their books somehow and well I shouldn't have to spell it out. Definitely NOT on the players side!

Don't think there aren't people in these forums sewing seeds by giving their 'predictions'. I have a few people I've watched for years on here and I feel they are reasonably reliable but it has literally been the mob behind fixing games and misinformation only helps their cause. Misinformation can compel someone to make a bad decision and you don't know the people posting in these forums (unless there is a personal relationship). Come to your own conclusions but it is now public information that SOME famous sports players are engaged in throwing a prop or even a game.

I've been on this site since 2004. I've always been a break even kind of bettor so I lost interest in it until it became legal here in Michigan. Forgot my screen name and password so had to create another. I've followed people in the past and had lost so I came to the conclusion that if I were gonna try this again then I would do it on my own. I've spent 45 minutes on each game trying to break it all down and still come up short. So I looked for ways to simplify things. Still not where I wanna be with this and maybe I never will. But I'll say this, you have to think outside the box when it comes to sports betting. I can't go into detail on here because this site isn't run anymore by who it once was.

Rozier was telling people to bet on his prop under and he faked an injury after 10 minutes or so.
That's as shady as it gets. And it proves that even if these guys make millions of dollars per year they are still greedy for more and will take easy cash like that

do you guys think that the nba want to be in control of rigging the games themselves and not their players..theyre the ones thats in bed with sportsbooks. the players getting caught/arrested are now scapegoats and takes attention away from the league itself for corruption.
so now naive bettors can regain their trust in betting on sports now because they think the league is "Cracking down" on fixed games, but at the end of the day, its just a show

NFL has no supported evidence, thus far, that it is being rigged or manipulated. It doesn't mean that it is or that it is not, but no betting scandals are taking place so far there. It may be a little harder to rig than basketball, which of course received another black eye on the sport. This should cripple the league a bit knowing that this type of stuff is going on within while fans pay crazy ticket prices to see live games and buy merchandise. I wonder if this affects advertising? Do we see major sponsors pull out?
They NBA might have green didos flying on the court, as was in the WNBA, soon if ratings and fan participation drop too much as a result of this.

NBA has had fixed scandals before I started betting 15 years ago, but it didn't feel quite as manipulated as it is now. The lack of professionalism and pride from these players nowadays has further exposed how unserious this league is I feel like it goes hand in hand.

Well, that's stupid of Rozier. Maybe he told one guy, who told another guy, who told another guy, etc. Maybe Rozier only told his friend. Bottom line is, when they see heavy money pouring in on prop bets, it's going to get flagged. The smart ones are doing it with small amounts probably spread out in different accounts under different names. And tipping off someone you can trust and he won't go running his mouth to other people to climb on the action, thus keeping the bets small and unflaggable.

There has definitely been a shift in NBA games the last several years. It seems like there has been an emphasis on 3 point shooting, record blowouts happening and quite a few of them and lack of any defense being played at times during the regular season. Regular season games tend to be very nonchalant and not very competitive at times. Now you have this regular season in-tournament cup happening, sponsored by who, Emirates. A holding company out Dubai. That should be a very big clue. Anything associated with Dubai should automatically scream possible corruption due to the amount of money involved. Not saying that Emirates has anything to do with any of this recent scandal, but something is a bit off when Dubai gets involved. A couple of those Arabic countries altogether who have their hand in a lot of sports. Just filthy money involved. Think LIV Golf with the Saudi's. Anything from boxing, soccer, tennis, basketball, horse racing, rugby, etc. No way either of these two countries are on the up and up. Again, not saying they are involved with the scandal, but they have so much money to be throwing around that it could possibly be targeted towards corruption. I've seen some questionable fights recently in MMA and boxing that have left me shaking my head. That Sheikh from Saudi has his hands in a lot of shit. His name is Alalshikh and he is from Saudi Arabia. This dude is everywhere in multiple sports and has even proposed to the NFL to bring NFL games to Saudi Arabia. Could you imagine.....
Tread very carefully in the NBA right now.....
