They could get a win tomorrow, but guard production as well as rebounding may not be in D.C.'s favor. I am a D.C. native and I'd like to root for them to get their first win here, but it is just hard to see that happening with the way they are playing right now. The ATL game was as close as they got to a win (and it should have been) but ATL had an off night.
A little hard to back the Cats coming in off the B2B and the 1st matchup with D.C. not really being close. You gotta think D.C. takes a long hard look at their losses to conference opponents like Charlotte who they should probably be capable of beating. I'm sure D.C. has had scouts at the past few Charlotte games for that reason alone.
However like I said before, I there is too many mismatches (particularly at the guard position) to where it is hard to back D.C. They lack paint presence as well which wont lead to easy buckets nor many 2nd chance points.
