Now they face a playoff caliber team who have just found themselves defensively and will come in with a defense first mindset against a tired, defenseless, 14th in the East Cavs squad with a 3 point gift ?? to top it off. You know the holidays are here. Go get yours.
At 7’1 Pasecniks might be the difference maker in this one. The Wizards clearly need some rebounding, a little defense and offense, and if he plays right away it’s something the Bulls haven’t seen. Not only that but the Bulls have been on numerous win, lose, win, lose, lose patterns. They haven’t proven enough that they are capable of winning b2bs on a consistent basis. And definitely not on the road. The Wiz are riding high and they give the top teams fits.

The Wizards face Chicago, Toronto, and Philadelphia next. That’s 3 teams in the top 10 defensively. The Bulls strive off turnovers, steals in particular as they are number 1. The Wizards are 8th in turnovers. They handle the rock well. This is a must win game for Washington with top contenders coming up after.
The Bulls a roughly a 34.5 percent winning team.
The Wiz are a 32 percent winning team.
Just as I expect Charlotte to at least fight for the playoffs I expect the Wiz to at least do the same. Chicago has a long way to go and all we need is a bucket for the victory.

Forgot to mention. I only referenced winning percentages to help you get a better idea of why I am taking them. The Bulls record doesn’t quite mean they are the better team and the oddsmakers know this. That’s why the Wiz are favored. They think the Wiz will win and so do I.
Do the Heat, Mavs, Wiz, or Heat give Philly their first loss? I’m going with the least expected Wiz. Sort of like when Dallas beat Milwaukee. I was on Dallas ATS and was leaning so close to making a ML play. Had a write up on that game as well.
At 28th and 23rd we have two teams in the bottom 10 defensively and top 10 in pace. Over looks juicy here.
Pelicans vs Wolves Over 231.5
While the Wolves are relatively the same team the Pelicans made a major roster move when they traded Davis. And in that trade they made room for improvement. I remember last season the Pelicans were good money as medium dogs on the road. 6.5 seems a bit inflated.

With the Grizz near the top five in fast break points transition defense will be key for the Thunder. The Thunder played their 8th game decided by 3 points or less. It’s the ninth by 10 points or less. There’s excellent value here @ +6.5 and Morant is the real deal.

honestly someone mentioned this guy being opposite of me before and I was on the winning end. Defense wins games and Charlotte is finding its groove. Why is he backing the Cavs? I couldn’t come up with one reason. These guys are subjects of trade rumors and you know how locker rooms get after that. They hustle on offense but play no D
The Bulls love driving to the rim and actually have one of the worst FG% 5 feet from the basket. This could be due in large part to teams stacking the paint against them base on the film. I think the injuries to the Wizards frontcount is key here which allows the Bulls to attack the rim and convert on those easy buckets. Plus Kris Dunn has been on another level defensively the past couple games and can hopefully somewhat contain Beal.
For those reasons I'm backing the Bulls tonight.
