2008-2009 - Celtics w/o KG ( lose to ORL )

2009-2010 - LAK with HCA !

garnett has bum knees now, he's no threat on offense.

artest locks down pierce and fisher let's rondo shoot.

Rondo is 5 times better than 2 years ago.

And  if you think Bynum is a factor. He's the definition of soft.

fisher won't be guarding rondo down the stretch in games. phil will have kobe on him/kobe will demand it if phil doesn't do it by design. fisher is a little bit less of a liability chasing ray allen off screens and kobe can defend rondo better than any other player in the league.

It seens every time i bring this, on the forum, with my friends (all Lakers fan by the way), comes down to "Artest will shut down Pierce".

Boston doesn't need him to be its best player, Rondo is the guy, and you all think Pierce will average 5 points a game or something like that.

and everyone thinks the softy is just gonna light him up in the 1st round... but to their amazement (), the guy who has been tuning up against REAL MEN, just punishes the shit out of him while the entire crowd is dumb struck...

Should be a great series, either team can win it.
Boston can win it IF they keep playing like they have in playoffs  They can win in 6.
BUT the war will be on, big time revenge factor from last finals they played.
It will be a great war... always with these two teams.

Not sure who will win, I'm just hoping for 7 gms. This will be the 1st time in the playoffs that LA will be facing a team that can match their size, and more physical than LA. Rondo will be the key for Boston, last time Rondo was a rookie, and now he's 100% better. "HOWEVER, YOU CAN NEVER COUNT OUT THE BLACK MAMBA"............... Sit back and see what happens?????

If I were a Laker fan,I'd be worried about Gasol.Absolutely invisible the last few games and tonites performance was just god awful..

Boston will win in 6 ! Who the fuck calls Kobe the black Mamba ! I am around Lakers fans all day everyday and have not heard one of them call him the black mamba, not one. Kobe is great but I remember in the finals in 2008 when things got tough he was literally yelling at his team alot and they stopped playing. No one wants to be scolded or yelled at in front of people !!!! Kobe now is not better than Lebron and Boston kept him in check. To me let Kobe get 40 a game. Nobody on the team will be involved and they will just stand around. Boston's defense will be the difference !!!
