Correct me

Why is it so far there has only been one day in this month. Today is August 2nd but at the end of August 1st the whole leaderboard says that people have two wins and one loss. How is that when you can only pick one game a day

We are currently looking into an issue where a game was moved from July 31st to August 1st and is causing an issue with the monthly leaderboards. Hoping to have a fix for this shortly.

another issue is with the CFL Lines and Pinnacle, it seems the other books are updating but the Pinnacle lines are not. Currently Hamilton is -4.5 on Pinny but here on the odds page it still says -3.5 and hasn't changed since yesterday. Thanks

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. We ended up having to void all picks associated with these games as our data provider for the match-ups moved the July 31st game in error which ultimately combined the two games together within our system. We are manually checking all monthly leaderboards to see if any prizing needs to be adjusted based on the voided pick. If someone won their pick for the July 31st game between Atlanta vs Cincinnati and it was made void causing them to lose any prizing involved we will pay out their winnings as well.

At first glance I am not seeing any cases of this but will be checking again, and feel free to correct me here if you notice someone who should have won due to this error. 

We believe the monthly leaderboard for Streak Survivor is back to normal after making these void. If you notice any issues here as well please let me know.

We apologize for the issues caused and have spoken to our provider and expect this wont happen again.

I will look into this now, most likely an issue with our feed through Pinnacle.

Not only did it not update on the CFL this past weekend but its now not updating the Pinny lines on the NFL Preseason either. Lines from Pinny have been out for a few hours now but here it is still saying no lines are out.

 Just to let you know that the Pinnacle line situation is still happening. You guys have no lines for the CFL once again for Pinny but they have been up since earlier this morning. I'm not sure why it seems there isn't a problem with the baseball lines but for CFL there is and for the NFL earlier this week there was as well.

I have brought this up to our dev team, and they are going to get a fix, seems to be just CFL now from what I can see.

Just went back to look at a couple of odds from last years NFL and CFB lines and I cannot find them. When I hit on the matchup ex. Super Bowl game it takes me to the regular page with odds up at the top but when I hit the odds button it takes me to the current lines, same thing with the couple of CFB games I hit. Am I missing something or is there another way of retrieving these lines like I use to? Thanks

the problem with pinny on the nfl and cfl. Line hasn't updated on the NFL since 808pm for both the spread and total and the total right now is much different than it was at 808pm. Argos game says it closed at -3 but the actual closing line at pinny was the same at 5dimes which says -1.5 for Edmonton and that line is correct for pinny as well. Again not understanding how this is a problem when it doesn't seem to be happening with other sports

 I understand you guys were dealing with a lot of issues yesterday but this problem is still occurring and it has been over 2 weeks that this problem has been happening where the Pinnacle lines are not updating for the NFL preseason and the CFL. Last night's NFL lines didn't update, the CFL lines didn't update on Pinny and this morning the last time the 2 NFL games were updated were at 7:17am and the lines are different now than they were then. Again I am not sure why this fix has been so difficult to take care of?

Also, I asked another question as well in regards to finding some lines from last years NFL and CFB and I am not sure how I can find them because when I click on the odds for a game from last year it takes to the current odds for this year. Please let me know that as well please. Thanks

I have asked them to look back into the Pinnacle issue again, hoping they can figure out why the lines are not updating consistently.

As for the lines from last year, I assume you are referring to selecting the line movement option in the previous games match up page. As I am seeing this taking you to the current odds page as well. I have brought this up to the team and will see if something was changed in how these are supposed to be found, etc.

Were we able to find out how I can find the opening and closing lines for last years games in the CFB and the NFL. Thanks

Pinnacle not updating nfl lines again at Pinnacle. You guys have Bills -10.5 Pinnacle has them sitting at -13 or 13.5

From what I can see, Pinnacle had it at -10.5 at 1:30 PM this afternoon and that was reflected on Covers. I'm honestly not sure if Covers lines are updated to the second. What I DO know is that we now (as of about 20 minutes ago) have it at -13 as is showing at Pinnacle. 

Pinnacle having issues updating again.  Noticed this again in the NFL but today also seeing it in MLB. Not sure why this is happening with Pinnacle so much now

Is anyone checking in to see what the issue is? Not sure why this is happening and now getting worse adding more leagues

Actually now it looks like none of the books are updating. This is not good

Just so you know Pinny definitely isn't updating. You can see where you guys sort of had it fixed when all the lines showed up this morning at the same time and the next set of lines all showed up at 520Pm and nothing since 520pm. And the Pinny lines for CFL have been up for a while but you guys have no update for that. I didn't have the time to look at the other books but it looks like they are not updating properly either from a few I looked at. Is there a way to finally get this fixed once and for all before tomorrow's lines start coming up in the next little while and there is not update for those lines as well? Thanks
