 great analogy!  Great write up.   very very close game.  I think Sark is frustrated with Mannings performance.  I am not playing it.  If I did I would take the points,,, but like you said... the Texas defense will keep them around and relevant deep into the game.  The under may be a play here.   But very close game.

        20.3 million spent on NIL, that ranks #1 in the nation... 5 an 4 stars vs 3 and 2 stars. That Vandy QB is a Big Time Player. Big QB Edge for Vandy, along with coaching edge. Texas has better players nothing against Vandy. If they were at home they could but, not on the road

Read arch starting this am on espn.  What is NIL difference in Texas vs vandy I wonder.   I heard preseason the team with most was Texas tech.

and vandy has beaten one bad lsu team and should've lost to a good mizz team. but the mizz qb left the game with an injury. mizz had that game won all the way until the injury.

Let's be serious here. Could it be that the SEC just isn't very good at the top end? That they have a bunch of decent to good but not great teams? i mean the stalwart of that you are comparing these teams to was rung up by a bad Florida state team. None of the teams you listed beat anyone of consequence out of the SEC.  Somebody has to win and lose these games. It's how sports work. There just isn't an elite team to separate from the rest.  It reminds me of a typical year in the Big12.

vandy was dominated by missouri and alabama. they won one and lost one. i watched them play lsu and know that the team gets lucky bounces.
