Lets see, both Bowling Green and Indiana knocked his ass out of the game (Although it was only a brief absence against IU). I was looking at the top defenses in the nation and don't see any of these teams on there. In fact I don't see any of these defenses in the top half of college football!

If Tebow who is 6'3'' and 230 lbs couldn't stay completely healthy, what makes you think a 6'0'' 150 LB QB can?

I have heard that he has already needed 2 cortisone shots in his knee and we are only 5 games into the season and he has yet to face any of the good defenses on his schedule. Good luck Mr Robinson!

Wow get off Denard Robinsons dick.... Hes not even going to make it to the Ohio State game... I never wish injuries on any talent but i dont think he will.... He runs the ball more than the freaking running back. Granted hes doing his thing its only a matter of time before hes hurt. This to me just show RR desperation to win at Michigan and win fast.

i dont know about the best but the MOST EXPLOSIVE i mean he makes one cut and defenders are already behind him. if he had a half ass defense there scores would look like 59-10 every game but instead he takes it upon his shoulders to keep up with his defense and he does.  rich rodriguez looks like a god now since he went to michigan

He reminds me of Joshua Cribbs when he was the QB at Kent State.  Maybe he can be a return man at the next level.

D Robinson talk especially Heisman talk makes me laugh.  Let's see if he can do anything against a mediocre Sparty D.  He has not played a good defense yet.  He is getting way too much credit.  Once scUM loses this nonsense talk will go away.

for the people knockin his passing, he's now the 3rd most efficient passer in the FBS.

add that to 905 rushing yards and 8 TDs, averaging 9.2 yards/carry...the #s speak for themselves.

stop hating on Drob...

there's no way he's gonna QB in the NFL, and if he keeps at his current work rate, he's probably gonna miss a few games from injury.  but that doesn't change the fact that he is the most explosive player in college football since vince young/reggie bush.  and remember, he's a sophomore, and this is his first year starting for UM.  if he can somehow stay healthy, he's only going to improve.

and for that comment that said "wait for him to play a defense with players just as fast"...there are no players just as fast...a legit 4.3 40, not a "4.3 40", and a 10.4 100m - one of the 10 fastest 100m sprint times recorded in HS in 2009.  this guy is track fast, not just football fast.

now i think michigan's gonna lose this week, but it sure as hell won't be because of D.Robinson...it'll be because of a different Robinson...Greg Robinson, and his absolutely pathetic excuse for a defensive system.

What is EVERYONE SMOKIN did you even know the guys name 5 games ago; he hasnt played against anynone he is out there against High school teams and has to score every time because his defense is so putrid if he doesnt they lose; he wont even finish the year; I hate Texas more than anyone and think Young will be a decent not great QB in the NFL but there is no doubt especially when you see how much of a bust Bush and Lienhart and all of those guys are individually without 12 all american playing around them that V Young had two of the greatest Bowl games and single handily beat a USC that was the most LOADED team EVER in college football. There is no way I thought they could win that game and V young put on the greatest show in the history of college football; Bush was good in college but played on a loaded loaded team and never played anyone good plus for going number 2 in the draft he is one of the biggest busts in the NFL he is hurt 75% of the time and for what you pay him all you get is a scat back and he is certainly not a running back; at USC he only carried the ball more than 20 times twice; HE IS A BUST.

The point that Michigan hasn't played against good enough competition for the "Best College Player in the Last 10 Years" statement to be validated is a good one and an accurate one.

But, what he is doing on the field and the statistical pace he is setting is something a QB has NEVER done before (not even Vince Young) to go along with the 3rd best passer rating in the nation is something to be in awe of.

We'll just have to wait and see but he is the most electrifying player in the nation and should be the Heisman front runner on everyones ballots.

i agree FR3SH,  just cant give your opinions without throwing jabs.  the guy asked a ?, either give him your answer or roll on.  Anyone who says that this kid is not special, has not watched closly enough.  I dont care if he is playing against me and my buddies, he is crazy good.  Every great player from a big time school for as long as i can remember plays a bunch of cupcake games in the beginning of the season and not 1 of them has put up these numbers.  NOT Vick or Young or Bush or even the great Tommy Savage from Rutgers.  Just stop hating and sit back and enjoy the rest of the show.

No, Michael Vick and Vince Young were better AND led their team to the BCS title games.

Robinson won't do that.
