You dudes are so funny. I'm sure you are all good cappers with excellent information, but come on guys, talking about Florida's entire season from day 1 vs pitiful Hawaii to their loss against Ole Miss? You guys are lame. Florida slacked and got overconfident about their position within the NCAA and got beat straight up. But what matters is what they have done after. If Florida is so bad as you all make them out to be in opposition to Alabama, then why are would they be giving an undefeated team 10 points in a situation where the winner not only claims the SEC championship, but also most likely earns a ticket to the National Championship? I'm not discriminating your judgement, but you dudes seriously have something wrong with you talking about all the downsides of Hawaii. What about Alabama's struggle to score against "UNHEARD OF ASU"?
I forgot I was supposed to let the guy with 1 post tell me how to cap a game! No wonder I've been so unsuccessful this year! Going to take a much harder look at this one now

Alabama will win this game. No matter how good a team is historic match-up played some roles. Look at the score on Fl at home in previous game. And the last game they did not cover with 16.5. It will be under as well. Thanks Bib for the special.

Alright another game where I faded the Tide. They travelled to Georgia and if I remember correctly this was the blackout game. I loaded up on Georgia thinking they would expose this team as slow and untalented. After 6 minutes and 30 seconds I knew I had taken the wrong side. Alabama drove right down the field running the ball and mixing in the play-action pass before scoring a td on a 7 yard run to shut up the Athens crowd. Georgia had some success on their next drive but ended up stalling out at the 47 yard line after 2 17 yard passes. Alabama got the ball back and 6/7 plays they ran the ball but got stuffed on 3rd and 1 from the 4 and forced to kick a field goal. Georgia went 3 and out and Alabama got the ball back where they ran it on the first two plays and hit a play action pass to Julio Jones for 31 yards to the 5. I think Julio will be huge in the outcome of this game. Alabama is going to run the ball all day but when they go play-action it will Julio who is targeted. He has had an incredible freshman year and has a knack for the big play. Anyway, 2 rushing plays later it was touchdown Bama and a 17-0 lead. Game over. Georgia got the ball back and on 3rd down hit AJ Green for a big gainer before he fumbled. Florida and Alabama are both similar in that they live off of these turnovers. The key to me is that Florida struggles without them, whereas Alabama is in a better position without them. So Alabama gets the ball back and runs it a few times, ho hum, touchdown 24-0. Georgia picks up 1 first down and then has to punt, Alabama gets it and another touchdown, 31-0. This 41-30 final is much more impressive than Floridas 49-10. Georgia never had a chance in this game. Sure they scored 30 second half points, but 7 of those were a punt return(UH OH!) and the last 2 were with less than 5 minutes on the clock, one after an onside kick. So I dont want to hear all these comparisons to the Georgia game. While it was still a game(which it never really was), Alabama just dominated both sides of the ball....Oh and btw, Georgia 16 carries for 50 yards, Alabama 45 carries for 129 yards and Alabama only turned the ball over once.
Installment 3(Kentucky @ Alabama) coming soon
problem in this game was very simple - in the 1st half UGA was not ready to go , why you ask - simple - they had won 2 games in a row over 2 weeks coming into this spot
they were coming home after a trip to the West Coast and simply were not ready to go .... i am not saying bama is bad ,but, they caught UGA in a perfect letdown spot , 2 big wins on the road , the 2nd won comoing on the west coast , no way possible the kids got in all the work the coaches wanted to that week , if i remember right it was a night game in Az St, so they probably didn't get back to work until Tuesday , travel back was sunday and maybe lite practice on mon, but the 'dogs were not ready to go in that game

great write ups but as i posted the UGA game for me is a throw out based on UGA schedule
When an an east coast team travels west and plays a night game that has to be factored in
i was on bama in that game thinking they could cover
it turned out better than i thought , UGA was flat , tired out of synch
in all likelihood , they flew back on sunday, kids had to go to class on monday with jet lag and probably couldn't get much done with Reitch on Mon - tuesday comes and now they are short 1 day for this game
to me UGA was in a double wammy spot , i like to go against home fav's coming off multiple road wins, what made it even better was UGA coming back from the west coast
i agree that the 2nd half was meaningless , bama did what they had to do to win the game in the 1st half ,2nd half was just to hang on
but if you notice the next week bama wins as a big fav but sloppiness and penalties prevent them from covering against UK
if they had to play a LSU or even a Missippii team that week there was a good chance they would have lost
the UGA game was their best win of the season , but in my book it losses some of it's luster cuse the schedule was working against the 'dogs that week

Bendi this thread just gets better and better
who is this unheard of ASU? are you referring to arkansas st. if you're not familiar with these guys, you have no say in football, and should quit wagering now.. also i was impressed with the 35-0 final.
to the guy wanting to know what units meant, its how much you wager. say someones UNIT=100$. then a 3 unit play would be 300$
can't wait for 4 o clock saturday, gonna be great. also excited for the ball state game tomorrow

Bibendi...don't bother with any further responses to these people...it's not worth it, they mean nothing.
Oh, the internet......take freedom of speech, remove accountability, and you give the opportunity for those in life we would not stop to listen to, an opportunity to speak freely. Even the best inventions have their downfalls.
PlacinUnits Challenge is headed in the right direction!

This is his pick...If some of you guys don't like it--START ANOTHER THREAD UP..
Another thing--It's ok to give POSITIVE feedback ( even if you guys don't agree ) but if you guys just come in here and be an ass--you will not be posting here long...

Let me give you a little advice..You seem to be a real nice guy. You are doing very well at what you're doing. Don't let anyone and I mean anyone discourage you. You will see who your real buddies are here when you are not doing so hot ( they will be the ones who are giving you support ).
As for the people who are being complete assholes--I would suggest you don't even answer them and let us take care of the situation. One of the easiest ways is to start a thread up in COVERS HELP giving the users name and the problem will be taken care of..
Any kind of bashing will not be tolerated in the main areas...All that kind of stuff is for the penalty box...
Keep up the good work and if you need any help.....JUST ASK...

Thanks buddy, I dont mind an opinion opposing mine as long as its constructive and adds to my thread. But some of these are a little ridiculous. I will check that covers help page out and report any egregious behavior

It's really interesting how far apart some people are on this game.
I was all over Florida-then I saw Bib's write up and it scared me. i've spent hours looking over this match up and am still going with the Gators.
I think Florida has an incredibly fast D so they'll be able to get up and fill those gaps so I don't think Coffee and Ingram are going to be able to pound the ball all day. I think they"ll be successful throwing the screens but I just can't see them having the long 7-10 minute drives that they are going to need to keep Tebow off the field.
I see Gators getting out to an early lead and JPW trying to play catch-up-which is not a good thing.
I just can't see Bama coming back from 2 scores down. I think they need to get out early and i don't think that's going to happen.
BOL to everyone and it's going to be a fascinating game to watch.
It seems likes it's not about money anymore. it's about who's right. it's gonna be great.

I know i'm a homer and from Flint town, Michigan were Mark Ingram came from...but gotta go with the running attack that bama has to keep the ball away from T BO and the speedy Gators. Not saying that Bama wins outright but they should play a game to whom ever has the ball last wins. Close Game gimme the points! Keep the write ups coming Bibendi!!!! love the chalk talk!!!

BAA...damn u vile bibendi ! I have quietly praised and been in awe of a great record of urs all around this year...And then I have to read this...And dont get me wrong, without debate and argument, what would sports or gambling be !
What sticks out to me is likely what most UF -10 backers see...The games played against same foes ( yes even tho UF lost to Miss, it was by a pt. and Bama barely covered a FG ) Florida's more explosive offense, and almost equal defensive numbers....Not to mention these UF players have more BIG game experience...I didnt expect to see UF laying 10 against #1 in the country, yet I did verbalize Florida winning by a few TDs....
Whatever the outcome...BOL WV & TROY to roll as well.....but not the tide

Florida, along with Oklahoma, is the hottest team in the country. Since their loss to Ole Miss (5 turnovers) they have absolutely steamrolled everybody, including a couple of teams that Bama struggled with, and now are a game away from playing for the National Championship. They have a better running game, a better passing game with a much more dynamic quarterback and a solid defense (like Alabama). These are two great coaches, but Meyer has a much more versatile offense to work with and they have been unstoppable for months. The same cannot be said for Alabama, who have had terrible offensive performances against Kentucky and LSU. Obviously, if they get several turnovers they can pull off an upset, but I don't see these teams on the same level right now. I guess we'll find out Saturday. Good luck and keep up the good work.
