well I questioned both teams averages 74+ pts per game and no one replied me. I bet on the under and it hit. It’s always our responsibility to check before tailing imo

You did the right thing, using your own brain.

Gamblers always think they can look at stats and say look odds makers missed this stat and now i can cash in.   Odds makers knew exactly how many points these teams were averaging and arent going to just throw out a lower total, to give us free cash. Theres a reason they made the total lower, one that none of us saw.  The obvious play loses a lot more then the un obvious plays.
