Good deal, I just got audited for two years straight and found to have "NO CHANGES"
My CPA tells me they need real, real, good cause to audit me again after finding no changes. They were trying to disallow a capital gain that offset a capital loss of around 2.7M.
I hired an attorney and we very diplomatically had a two hour discussion with this very nice lady at the IRS. By the time my CPA and Attorney were finished, she agreed to let it be. I was celebrating on the way down in the elevator after that meeting last year, whewwwwwwwwwwwww.
Do you have facts of IRS needing to be notified of wires over 10K.
My business does around 30M in sales each year and 75% of the money that comes to me is by ACH or wire. I'm not too sure you have accurate information there, but maybe.
