I believe the reason Toronto is only a 7.5 favorite is because they have not been huge chalk all year and the lines makers probably feel they are not super comfortable in that role hence why they didn't go as far as nine or 10.

It's a thought I Had as at one point I had them at exactly 7.5 and felt that's too small-look at the way they've been playing -sure enough I see the line come out at -7.5

That's funny you say that I have Toronto by -10.69. Its just a lean for me this week.
