Nice to get an easy win on a 2H under yesterday to snap my losing streak.  And my condolences to anyone on the full game over.  Wow what a scoring drought for the Storm.  As for today I’m hoping for more of the same!

LV 13 at CON, 166.5 - How locked in will the Aces be to avoid an 0-2 start?  The oddsmakers think quite a bit and are not giving the Sun much of a chance.  I kind of understand it as after a good Q1 it was a slow bleed for CT on Sunday.  Play 1 is the under 166.5.  Both teams went over last game and I think the Aces will try on defense and also because they aren’t deep themselves may have one quarter of low scoring as well.

ATL at IND -8, 174.5 - Interesting bounce back opportunity for Atlanta after a woeful defensive performance.  And just how good is Indiana’s defense?  My lean on a side would be Atlanta as I think this line is higher than it would have been had the Sky not looked so inept on offense last game against the Fever.  But for now my Play 2 is the under 174.5.  This line is dropping and I had to lay some juice on this.  I think Indiana is better on defense this year, especially in the paint.

I have some now just in case the Sun jump out early and the line drops quickly, never to return. 

I like the Dream because an -7 point road chalk last and lost.  Now getting +8.5 is an over-reaction. 

dogs are not doing so well this season, I hope this is a little Push back. 

Yup I’m always looking for an overreaction angle and this is a good chance.  Generally speaking betting two road dogs is not a bad play coming off a game where neither covered for the overreaction narrative you mentioned.  I may dive in on one or both of those live.

 best wishes i hope the dogs push back.  Betting Dogs in hoops can be difficult.  Short 10 minute quarters allow the best players to maximize time on the court and not site on the bench too long.  Deep elite teams shine big.  Especially like Minny that rose up last year from the bottom of the middle pack to now elite.  See if they regress this season with elite more difficult lines.  See that tomorrow against the Wings -11.5

I’m adding the Sun +14.5.  I don’t love doing it but double digit dogs win more often than not.  So I’ve decided to play each one that is +12 or more over the course of the season on this particular spot.  

It was the right move considering the line.  We just don’t know the Sun as a team.  They may need a few more games to get with it.  I think the best approach for them is get in game when we can see the excel. I’m just guessing right now but it’s the Sun.

I really think the Sun’s 15 point lead early against Washington might be their biggest lead of the season!

I love dogs and dogs teams that have some players.  The Dream qualify and are also fades as favorites.  I can see myself watching a lot of Dream games this season.
