Sup fellas, good to be back in the rugby forum, It's always good to have the footy back and I'm sure we'll have an interesting season yet again. I have been MIA for the first two rounds but now I'm back home and had the chance to catch up on few games from the two rounds. No big surprises other than the roosters and the bulldogs both heading in different directions and the officials seem to have maintained their poor form so far into the new season.
This is what I've got to start off the season,
EELS -4 @ 1.97 (1 unit)
EELS ml @ 1.60 (2.5 units)
Tigers are soft, they can be dangerous in attack and beat some under par teams but against the eels I have my doubts. The eels haven't looked too impressive either but this is the easiest matchup for them so far into the season, I think they'll make a statement. I could be wrong about the tigers but I think the eels are much better in this spot, they go well at SFS.
COWBOYS +8.5 @ 1.98 (1 unit)
Everyone has been talking about how well the saints are going since I got back to Sydney and watching the replays of their first two games I must agree. It's never a smart bet going against the inform saints at the gong but this is just a gut feeling, not a big bet but I'll take the 8.5, to me it's the way the cowboys sparked to finish off their last game that I think they can keep this one close and play a competitive game. Slight feeling also that the saints will take this game lightly towards the end looking forward to the big bruising clash at Melbourne against their long time rivals in round 4.

Staying away from the margin betting, just gonna take the line.
SOUTHS -2 @ 1.90 (1 unit)
Not prepared to risk any higher for this game but I don't see why the bunnies couldn't come away with the win here. Ricky axing players and placing John Morris at #7 for the sharks..I'll take the rabbitohs.
