SD has better receivers and qb. 

Oakland has better RB. IMO bush is better than SD's matthews or Tolbert and if they can get McFadden, it will help a lot. 

Each defense is sketchy. How does tebow get 100+ rush yards against Oakland last week?  Why can't SD slow down GB?

Oakland has better kickers and punters. 

Rivers play better at home but something is wrong in SD.  They always shoot themselves in the foot.  If it wasn't for those 2 pick 6's, GB and SD game could of played out differently. 

Oakland is in a free fall. After one of the worst games for KC I thought they were off to a great start against Denver then second half came and it fell apart.

Oakland can't stop those giant targets that River has.  All Rivers has to do is get a decent ball thrown and Jackson or gates can pull it down.  Oakland will need to rely on Palmer to connect to his receivers which he can but for how long?  It will be a game of who makes the least mistakes but this game should stay close all the way.

This is a division game and a critical one as the winner of this game will take first place for now. After SD lost sproles and Tomlinson last year Oakland beat SD twice straight up without those huge lines.  The trend will continue. Oakland has the ability to win this outright.  They will pound it with bush and Palmer should look a lot better after shaking the rust out.  I'm taking the points

Both of these teams SUCK ASS.          LMAO @ oak for losing to denver and god's disciple Tim Tebow

 

This is an iffy game at best.  medium play.....Oakland +6.5    Sd is clearly the better team and will win, but Sd may find a way to keep oakland in the game.

Locked in 6.5 before the public drives the game close to 9 

Sd is a route i expect them to hit he pedal as they always do this time of the year

They were very impressive vs the packers and if tebow can play like elway vs oakland at home then its scary to see what rivers will do to this defense on the road.....

CArson palmer and no mcfadden on the road looks too appealing to pass up

I did the same thing, waited for the spread to be available and locked it at -6.5. Public will push it to 9.  I might bet reverse if it hits above 9.  I'm thinking SD will win by 7.

I heard on my 2hr train commuter via wfan Sports radio that oakland had 15 penalties....

If thats accurate i like my play even more.....

recent results fool the people cause of the schedule, the chargers played way better teams than oakland - rivers throws wild with a couple of picks but also gets the bolts down the field and into the endzone

I agree...these two teams blow big time...never bet on oakland again.

Nobody has stopped GB. Also have to take into account that GB scored on 2 Pick-6's although Rodgers may have put up those points himself

They just need to slow them down.  ATL had a very good chance to win until late 3rd quarter.  They prevented the TD and made them kick all of their points until then.  That will help any team.

I already noted the pick 6's.  Did you just join to pick on my message? -_-

Yes I saw those pick 6's and it looks like either side can't be stopped.  Rodgers could of well drove it for a TD but doesn't it look like Rivers could do so as well?  I played GB so I was happy that I looked really good at that time.

At the end of the day I just can't play SD for the reason it's SD.  They are mistake prone.  It's not like I hate the team or hate the guy, they are just a bad bet right now.  I was against him last week in KC and I was against him when they played GB.

The best play is no play since this game is a toss up of which crappier team will be less crappier and I chose Oakland.

There should be lots of  interceptions.....both qb's have been wild with the ball...RIVERS has no excuse....many guys out on Oakland..ML SD

yeah, i bought into Oakland first half last week and took them in the 2nd half and got smoked, but SD has ways of just blowing it as well.

Oakland money line anyone?

Al Davis cannot die twice people, Oakland was a cute story but they are coming back to form.

SD played only half a game, and had GNB on their heels.  SD in a blowout so bad that Pauly D will want some action.

I will say palmer will give 2 away.. With that being say sd -7 and the under!!! Maybe not under if it goes up another point i will take under 48

there will be pts,,,,both teams on 2 game losing streaks,,,they want to take command ,,,,palmers last game vs sd was terrific performance,,,give the guy a break he had no pre season,,,,rivers has no excuse unless he is thinking of having his 7th child gl

Jordaholic your a genius. Al d did give em a victory or two but injuries and a disgruntled arnold palmer wont get em in the playoffs. Sd giving games away but we know rivers is a player and they have lots of offensive talent. On a thur game take the home team and usually over as lest rest means more scores!!! San Diego and over for the large!!!!!
