It's to demonstrate that whitey always wants to take something from black man, even when they have their own.
Naw, in all seriousness, it's to demonstrate that contrary to Biden's belief, Black people are unique, diverse, varied, ect. We can be conservative, and still be black. We can eat nutella, and still be black.
Funny story. A close friend whom I consider a brother calls me up. He says, "Man, i've been thinking about trying some of this Nutella stuff but I wanted your opinion first." I say, "Dude, try it. It's just chocolate flavored hazelnut spread. It's delicious." He responds, "Thanx! I figured I ask you first because you be up on white people stuff." Nutella isn't white people stuff. It'd be delicious to anyone.
I digress. I can't even blame this way of thinking on Biden, or even entirely on the democratic party. We, the black community, perpetuate it. So to the point that "our candidate" on two occasions in about a months time has said, in so many words, "We suffer from a hive mind." And he's still "our candidate." Why? I'm not saying every black person should give Trump a try but of all the white liberals I know, which is a ton, none could stand Biden. Yet here we are. The party is banging on him bringing in that black vote.
This isn't meant to be a heavy political thread though. It'll be anecdotal stories about me doing some stereotypical white stuff, and some stereotypical black stuff. And in the process showing that race isn't always the factor. Socio-ecomonic background. Age. Regionality. As brother Slim said, he's never touched quinoa. He's white. In a high tax bracket. Doesn't stand to reason that quinoa isn't a white thing, or even a uppity thing? It's just a new-age hipster type of thing. Just like driving damn near an hour to the Whole Foods for $20 a pound parm just for some cheese and crackers.
