Blue wave coming.....
Iowa has rejected Trump and maga.
Iowa Democrats won three significant special elections for the Iowa State Senate in 2025, preventing a Republican supermajority:
Renee Hardman (December 30, 2025): Won a special election for District 16, becoming the first Black woman elected to the Iowa Senate.
Catelin Drey (August 2025): Flipped a Republican seat in District 1 in a major upset, initially breaking the GOP's two-thirds supermajority.
Mike Zimmer (January 2025): Won a special election in District 35, a district previously won by Donald Trump by over 20 points.

Yessir. As I mentioned in your other thread the Republicans are not doing a good job with their messaging at all.
They cannot just assume the folks are going to realize whatever good they want to promote or shed the light on.
I read a good article the other day where a guy was comparing it to the mistakes they did when Bill Clinton ran against them and the midterms. They let the narrative be set for them and did not counter appropriately.
The same thing is seemingly going to happen this midterm as well if they do not start touting their 'good' and not let the 'bad' be shoved on them.
