District court judge dismissed states case for failure to disclose discovery.
The former district court judge never crossed that law ne and has been promoted to district attorney general Federal court.
His confirmation is being arranged by Susan Collins.
Here in Maine we lack legal representation.
We have policies in place limiting the enrollment of students to the only law university in Maine . We overwhelmed so many public defenders with case loads they can't even read every discovery we limited courts seal records and don't provide discovery till days before trial.
Our bail system is a county by county concern as well as sentencing and procedures are to hold in the worst county jail till inmates accept any deal to get to Maine prison systems.....
It is the way our relationship injustice system works here. We have the highest percentage of public assistance for poor because our system destroys families.....
The system created is gross and this ruling will have consequences as that Judge will most likely be removed and not reaffirmed to that position....
Other side there is never an unjustified shooting by law enforcement, there is never a word mentioned of the human trafficking crisis, after all this is a tourist trap and bad publicity is harmful for this economy....
This is the result of good men doing nothing and turning a blind eye for too long....
Too many land deals involving law enforcement as they acquire larger percentage of real estate.....
