Stars host Habs - Road team is 8-1 in this series since Covid season. Stars rested (2 full days off) and Habs OTR, on B2B and 3 in 4 and 4 in 6. Situation says to take Stars, but odds are not in favor. Lean Habs at those odds plus the Road team thing.
Pens of Guin continue to amaze. 4 straight wins off break, including 2 over Wings of Red and 1 over Canes of Hurri (two of top teams in EC). Christopher Columbus's Blow Jobs have won 4 of 5 recently, including a fishy line 5-1 Buffalo take down yesterday. This series is 8-2 to the Over last 10. BJs D and Tending have been solid lately limiting opponents to 1.75 GAA since X-mas. Lean Over.
Cats on long homestand here, and are 1-3 in Sunrise (or Miami Marlin stadium) since the Break. Avs are just straight fire, and made massive comeback against reeeling Canes last night down 3-1 after 2, scoring 4 goals in 3P to cover PL lst night. Cats got embarrased by Rags on the Winter Classic, so expect a solid focused performance today. Don't think it will matter - FLA too banged up and Avs are just rolling right now.
Speaking of Canes, those reeling massive rotating tropical storms head to Hell to face the Lucifers. Canes are a mess right now, and they can't hide Freddie anymore, as Pyotr is out for season. Andersen is done IMO. Avs lit him up for 4 goals last night, and since Nov 1st, he has given up 3+ goals per Game. Bussi gets the start tonight, and I like Canes here off the most recent meltdown, at least for 1P.
Vegas in a good spot getting Hawks of Color off B2B and travel and off SO/OT win and 3 in 4. AND Chicago has also played 5 games since last Saturday and this makes 6 games in 9 days. Don't have any stats on how teams perform in this spot but I am going to wager and find out.
