DON'T go too heavy on Penguins Saturday UNTIL you see WHO is in goal on the B2B. you could get backup Jeff Zatkoff and he is 0-2 allowing 6 GA's to the Panthers @ Florida and 4 GA's to the Islanders @ Pittsburgh on the front end of B2B's. Pittsburgh TV color man Bob Errey said during the Friday night broadcast he expects him tomorrow @ Columbus on the back end of the "home-home" B2B

Yup I did a mistake with this bet but im gonna just roll with it as Pit dominated last night See them doing it again

NOT really. I watched the whole game and the BJ's dominated the 1st period and gave the Penguins a game throughout. ONLY thing that saved the Penguins bacon was Fleury played his BEST game this season so far and Bobrovsky had an off night. Bob got pulled and I expect him tomorrow. he is MUCH better @ home than on the road

IF Zatkoff goes for the Penguins, the BEST play will be the OVER

still nothing from Bylsma and the Penguins @ 10 am pacific time. coupleof  Pittsburgh scribes twitter feeds suggesting Fleury goes B2B because the Penguins have 4 days off after this game

Columbus scribes naming Curtis McElhinney in goal which somewhat surprising to me. thought Richards would come back with Bob after being pulled. he is much better @ home than on road

Agreed - Columbus has been a scary play this season pulling out some surprising wins. Most recently defeating both Vancouver and Toronto, and being within one goal of Anaheim and Detroit. Their league standings are low, but the only team down there to be posting Even on GF/GA.

i hardly think the penguins dominated.bluejackets outshot them easily and defiantly outplayed them .penguins lose today.

Also noted - Detroit's backup goalie is starting against Edmonton. 

Even though EDM is riddled with injuries they still know how to put the puck in the net.

Great post Lerink, was gonna do the same... I don't understand why people would bet on the pens until we know for sure, just beacuse I've seen those games and Zatkoff played like playoff Fleury, he was stumbling around and was just awful.... however regular season Fleury is amazing right now

Ya I'm waiting to see as well.  Even though the score was 4-2 it could have been CBJ walking away with the win if it wasn't for Fleury.

"Mac" has actually been decent for the BJ's unlike "Doctor Zarkoff" for the Pens. beat the Canucks 3-1 Oct 20th @ Columbus in only start

excellent comments. difference between people who actually WATCH games and those that just look at scoreboards. without Fleury "careering" it last night, the Penguins would have been toast in the 1st period

well I guess the BJ's blew their wad last night in Pittsburgh because they have only 13 shots half way threw the 3rd period @ Columbus. NO way ANY game goes OVER with that kind of performance. an "alte knacker" like Papa Ratte could get a shutout with THOSE numbers

WORST game I have seen the BJ's play this season so far

agree, komot. BJ's have played well at home and I can NOT believe they only got 19 shots, of which 9 of those were in the 3rd period when the Penguins were 'protecting the lead', on Zatkoff. their average SOG is 30.5
