It's been said "Defense wins Super Bowls". Bills run defense is ranked 30th. They need a lot of improvement in that area, or they won't sniff the Super Bowl. The 49ers have basically played cupcakes all season with the exception of a couple games. I don't feel that bodes well for them to make a deep run in the playoffs. Good luck on your wager.

Buffalo came from 21 points down and beat the AFC #1 seed at home, that's pretty remarkable regardless of their lowly run defense. Bills have top ranking passing defense in the other hand. 

Josh Allen is a postseason veteran, he has a 7-6 playoff resume. On the other hand, Texans could be a dark horse in the AFC. 

The Bills are in a strong position for a Super Bowl run this year. Kansas City has been their toughest matchup in recent seasons, and with the Chiefs out, the landscape opens up for Buffalo. 

Onto the further thoughts, there were only three NFL Wildcard teams won the Super Bowls in last two decades. Bills currently have ~25% of winning the AFC title, Buffalo surely has to fight pretty hard every step of the way in the remaining regular schedule and gets help as well.
