Great move for Seahawks...might quietly be the team to beat coming out of the NFC

the odds for them to come out of the nfc are improved. but you still got the rams, eagles, lions, and packers ahead of them. plus sam darnold lost his only playoff game to the rams last season while getting sacked 9 times.
