He is saying that the Bills win over the Ravens in Week 1 isn't impressive because now we see that the Ravens sucked when they were healthy and they suck now that they are injured.

Likewise the win over the Steelers by Seattle might not be that significant either as we don't truly know how good the Steelers are either. I agree with him because I think the Steelers are 'smoke and mirrors' but their schedule gets significantly tougher later in the year. The bookmakers don't trust the Steelers either as the Ravens are still favored to win the AFC North...imagine that???
