It almost seems like coaches are instructed to call the play that bring the most excitement 1st and foremost, it's all entertainment therefore all about ratings.

 He's gone at the end of the season unless they somehow run the table and that ain't happening. Finz' fans have seen enough and McDaniels is not the guy, neither is Tua, and that pains me a little bit because I was once a staunch supporter of his. Changes coming.

They're 1 game from jumping from 11th to 7th in the AFC race.

I would love the stat line on points left off the board by analytics decisions vs. taking them.

Finally, I don't love the playcall but notwithstanding bets (and I was on Miami-2.5) I get it.  Kick and the kick off potentially gets them between the 25-40, maybe more.  Go for it and get it, tough road.  Go for it and not get it they have to go 60 yards in 90 seconds with no time outs.  Im more appalled by the chunck play out of the end zone and the other to get into range.

 Could both justify and argue against firing, so he'll likely stay.

 Because he needed to cover the spread.....3.4 or 4....so he needed a touchdown to make some money.  He knows he is going to get fired...so he is making money on his side hustle now.........I am surprised in overtime he actually kicked......but if he didn't...he would definitely be outed....LOL
