Just a stupid question from France cause I don't understand football.

Why do you bet on Chargers +1.5 instead of playing Chargers ML ?

It's seems pretty rare to lose by one, right ?

Just a matter of crunching the numbers and what you're comfortable with.  Line is all over the place depending on what book you're using.
