He’s awful. Terrible playcalling has been masked by having an all-world talent bail him out time and time again.

 I was on Houston tonight but I’ve been rooting for a Josh Allen Super Bowl for years. I don’t think there’s a player in the league that deserves it more. But McDermott will not get them there. The 4th down attempts early on were foolish. The play call you’re referring to was horrible. The team suffers year after year because of the coaching. The bills are wasting the careers of outstanding players like Allen, Cook, Milano. It’s such a shame. I will be extremely disappointed if Allen never gets a ring. 

Rarely do defensive minded coaches win big in the NFL!!!! He needs to go for sure!!!!

I agree, he blows. His D sucks...never recovered from letting Mahomes drive down the field with 13 seconds left in the playoffs. 

He's doing what he's told, which is following the script. It's crazy how you guys are spun up on this manipulated entertainment. 

Fire him he's the world's worst.

 I couldn't agree more. The 13 second game still was the most painful loss in my career . I've been rooting and thinking buffalo has a chance every year. It will never happen with this coach
