Right before the half Dallas receiver clearly runs out of bounds  and they keep the clock going. I don’t getnit can  somebody explained to me why they keep the clock going when he clearly runs out  bounds

 The player has to be moving forward when leaving the field to get out of bounds.  The ref obviously thought he was moving sideways and not forward.
