The Lions touchdown by Goff was confirmed by the officials on the final play but there was also a PI call against Detroit on the play.

Why then was there not another play?

There is a 10 sec run off under 2 min if I'm not mistaken on penalties

The clock ran out.. the game cannot end on a defensive penalty it can end on an offensive penalty
