Blowed it. They have been in love with him for 6 weeks against these bottom feeding teams. 

He's been AWFUL all night, Against a bunch of backups... Some of his misses have been down right terrible..

Terrible game but the dude has been lights out the last 2 years after being tossed aside.

Tampa lost when they went for 2 at 14-9.  Lost big mo when they went for 2 and didn't get it.  You noticed they didn't score after that.  Bowles sucks as a coach offense too one dimensional

He sailed balls all night. Missed a wide-open TD in the 4th. Even Aikman said it was a terrible throw. He didn't look right, but the Lion D played angry tonight.

 12 rushes and 50 passes. Nobody wins with those numbers. You need more completions and rushes than the other team to win.  

Yeah, Mayfield was just overthrowing everything.  And then the one time he needed to overthrow the defender in the endzone, he throws it normal and the safety easily got a hand in front of the ball.

O Line wasn't doing him any favors tonight either.

Didn't help that Mike Evans left with an injury.  Not enough weapons on offense with Bucky Irving and Godwin being out already.

The Lions are an elite team. Baker didn't bring his A game but then again, his starting receiving corp is injured and his oline wasn't pass or run blocking either. I would also add that the Lions are one of the better coached teams in the league and there aren't many.

The Lions, Rams, Colts, and Chiefs have great coaching staffs IMO. The others just work at it or fake it. 

Thats exactly why he did poorly.. Detroit plays D @ home..
