Phil Jackson is 47-0 when winning game 1.  Lakers were 14-0 when series was tied, whats your point?  When you have something inelligent to say, please do, but those stats mean nothing.

DWA is just putting it out there. Considering how the media was slobbering all over the Phil Jackson 47-0 stat after game one, the only other significant stat was the one after game 5.

A lot at stake for the for both teams' bragging rights in many more ways than one...

How do I even go about this?

Larry Bird, Michael Jordan, Bob Cousy, Shaq and many others were involved in these stats. How relevant can they really be?

Here's another stat for you...

The Lakers are 1-0 in their last one NBA Finals.

Basically...48-0 stat and the 11-0 stat are as meaningless as the one I just posted.

Give Boston lots of respect for taking LAL 2 games @ home!!!!

Can LAL do the same in Los Angeles?

This is just embarrassing to for LAL to be @ 3-2 w/ Boston...leading 1 game!!!! 

Is NBA setting everyone UP for game#7? And all calls will be against Boston...so Lakers can WIN the Series ....

Who honestly gives a shit what happened with the Celtics 20 years ago... does that really affect the Celtics team now? Give me a $#Q$% break.

for this series, you cant go by those kind of stats, look at phil jacksons stats too,, throw it all out the window in this series, anything can still happen.

47-0 does beat 11-0 because its a bigger sample... anyway its still irrelevant stats...

well actually the lakers stat is a little bit more real becasuse he still involved with his coaching skills even tho there is no Jordan there, dont know how many of those 47 are with the lakers.

and dont know how many of the 11-0 are with these at least the actual celtics

Funny how you limited the 3-2 C's lead to just NBA Finals. 

Very convenient to ignore that Celtics were 32-0 in any series before last year against the Magic.

But who cares about 47-0 and 32-1.  MJ and Bird aren't playing.

There is HUGEEE point that the stat is missing.  How many of those 32 3-2 series leads was the format 2-3-2??

The answer is 0.  This is important because in all those series, the Celtics had at least 1 home game remaining.  In this case, the Celtics have no home games so the people who use this stat are just ridiculous.
