Do you guys have any NBA betting strategy that is consistently profitable?

 Curious as to who are the best cappers on this site.

 

    And also would love to hear anyone chime in with whether they have any certain systems they have been playing that has profited them cash in the long run.

  I'm a big fan of waiting for a good team to start the game off lazily and  to go down double digits by halftime, ( if and when these inevitably happens) and waiting for that opening

then that opening line of -350 for them.. because something more like +110... Then I capitalize.. I've hard very good fortune and success betting on good teams coming from behind to win.

NBA double digit leads can swing easily in under 3 mins

adjust 2nd H odds. Clippers were a good example. 6 point fave getting kicked by 16 at half. took -6 2nd h. that is life taking them +10. Adjusted odds net you16 point from original line.

Pick more winners than losers. It's usually profitable.

No such thing as systems. 

Follow match ups and trends. The closest you will come to a system is a trend. Trends at least have some routine to them. Follow how teams react based on their scheduling. 

Their built from human beings. Humans feel different based on different situations. Monday's after the superbowl everyone is bangin out sick.... right? That makes sense no? 

You get lit at a party and smash some floating fudge whale.... that kinda none sense sobers you up quick..... you'll make it into work the next day and probably have a productive day because you'll be home early..... 

you know you have an easy day at work tomorrow so you go out and then..... you get lit and smash some semi decent hottie with a coke habbit and a booze problem.... theres a solid chance you might get fired the next day..... ya feel me? 

NBA players are no different just a lot more athletic.... and they get laid a lot more too.... that's about it really.

take a look at college basketball....



Home favorites teams getting more than 70% of the action (via Covers %) with reverse line movement of at least 2 points and holding......


take first half road dog..... covers at 72% clip for last 4 years (not including this one)


and be strict on percentage as it has to be 70% or higher

There is no such thing as a winning system it's all about becoming more familiar with teams and their schedule. Watch most of the games you bet on, look up players who might be out for that game, and look at the schedule and see if a team is on a back to back or if they just played 3 games in 4 days etc... If your 50-50 on a game walk away or take the home team.

martingale system fading teams on road extended road trips or 4 in 5 games, 5 in 7, 6 in 9, 7 in 11.  guaranteed profits this way.

do not use the word system and think it works effortlessly... I think its a combination of systems,, with little to many exceptions... I use many systems... Thats the easy part,, the hard part is filtering them out...

NBA is fantastic to bet on. Especially if you're a skilled seasoned capper.......

NBA provides you the great opportunities to middle your original bet with since they give you so many options to bet in between games. You can minimize your losses and maximize your wins by middling. With sharp lines and linear scoring patterns, in the long run, NBA is a great sport to bet on. As we all know its a game of quarters or.....broken down in simpler terms..... its a game of HALFS.

I'm hearing some people are anti NBA betting. I get it, if you have terrible stretches.. tuning into an NBA game makes you cringe when you flashback to how much $$ you went through on it.

   Maybe I was just lucky, but I went through a streak on the NBA where I was consistently nailing 75% of my picks and making great profits.

 I feel the biggest mistake the oddsmakers make, is jack up the line so high once the score gets in double digits. I always exploit that. Sure if you go down 13 by half, youre not going to come back and win them all.. but teams always seem to make it interesting and the immense value is worth a look

look into live betting, you can almost always get a better value during live betting.  no matter if you like to bet on spreads or O/U 

I honestly dont see a point on better games before they happen. Not only do you save money by avoiding traps but you get a better value with live betting.
