Be careful with the Atlanta game as Wright has 3 Starts.

If the print sheet season ERA is the same as the last 3 games ERA then that pitcher has 3 or less starts.

If you decide to play Miami maybe do the runline.  I plan to pass the game.

Following this system.  So, Padres and Cubs- 3.45 to 6.39, Cards and Giants- 6.19 to 3.2... these are extremely close to qualifying as plays.  In this cases do you play or not?

 You are certainly entitled to your opinion.  This has produced winning results 28 out of 30 years believe it or not.

As with any system you need to first decide if it makes sense.  I would always want to go with the pitcher who is in better form.
