He's right. But I would. Put 500 on the Royals.

Royals @ +190 WIN= you win $450
Angels Win= you win $1925

Why anyone would parlay on a bet like this is beyond me. If you're going to parlay a 3 teamer, why make the bet in the first place.

because he didn't expect it to come down to the last game (or maybe he did, but u should always expect to lose, house ALWAYS wins sooner or later) and now that it does he can have guaranteed money

definitely take the royals at the +1.5 this game looks to be the most lopsided of the year so far in terms of 86-87 percent of the bettors taking the angels unless somehow people start taking the royals.  I would definitely insist that the run line for the royals move in their favor, as of now it's -125 on 5dimes.  a move to a -120 or even a -115 would mean that the late money continues to pound the angels and that's what i'd want in this situation with the royals.  The heavy public betting favorites did not do well last year before it went to the inter-league games.  Game starts at 705pm pacific, i'd wait till 700-704pm right on the dot to have madduxsports.com website running in the background to monitor line movement on a few handfull of sportsbooks on there.  good luck to you.

The goal is to make money, not "to try and not lose money." There is a difference. 

It's your money, do what you want, but long term hedging 3 teamers isn't going to pay off for you.

i make all my bets expecting to lose, i do them for entertainment purposes. if u bet to make money, ur doing it wrong. like someone just said, you bet not to lose

Wouldn't it be better to break even than lose out on the original 500 if KC wins?

Thats the best advice so far in this thread. Dont hedge, try for a middle. You can get KC +1.5 close to even money.

 

KC +1.5 (or +2 if the juice is crazy) for $1000 and call it a night bro. You win $500, $1400 or $3400.....win win win.....no chance of losing.

same shit comes up every year, to hedge or not to hedge.  some veterans on here swears by not to hedge , they say why even make the wager in the first place.  this is the way i see it... if u are guarenteed profit in the thousands then yes... if in the hundreds then no.

This seems like the best idea to me... unfortunately my problem is that I'm in Vegas and play at books locally. I'm seeing the +1.5 at about -115ish around town.

Wait til 830ish and let the squares pound the Halos. 115 isnt a horrible number, but I bet you can find better in an hour
