Friday mlb plays

Continued to be victimized  by late inning meltdowns last night  but we carry in this long marathon called a baseball season. Will be on and off this weekend as i will be spending alot of time with my pops while he's here from Florida and will be taking him to his first knick game tomorrow. He's gonna be 80 in August so time with him is precious now.  

Lets get it tonight   will update at some point this weekend 

betting games will always be here.  I made this mistake 1 too many times during my 45 years gambling.

Wow 45 years of gambling you got me beat by 8 years…imagine if we had all are money back….

I wish i could go back and never learned about gambling.  I grew up in parents restaurant surrounded by mob guys, bookies, gamblers, you name it, so of course i became hooked.  I have some good years, including winning some contests thru the years, but the bad years always wiped it out. Its way to hard to overcome the vig, thats why they say maybe 5 percent of all gamblers win long term.  If i had took my money i wasted on gambling those 45 years and put it in some funds, i would be sitting on more money then i would know what to do with. I tell the young kids hooked on gambling to stop now, put some money away every week and in 40 years you will be thanking me. Doubt any will listen, but its the truth.

They are on a bender and I trust their lineup more then guardians. Gavin Williams is  and I see phillies making him throw lots of pitches tonight. Nola has been awful but still trust him more then Gavin Williams.  Phillies ml for me

Mets ML -142 - 6.5 cities.

Under 4.5 -140 1st 5 - 5 units 

Gonna ignore taillon history against the mets and take the mets to win a tough game in damp citi.

I tell any young people don’t gamble just as bad as drug habit..don’t fool yourself and say it’s not..I know 2 people I grew up now suicide because of years of gambling .. both lost there businesses marriages and over 1 million betting for very long time before they shot themselves

started at 17, am 62. in august i will be 63, so it will be 46 years lollllllllllllllllllllllllllllll.  God the money that would be sitting in my bank account right now.  Some days i actually get sick to my stomach, especially when i use one of those long term money calculators, even getting a low interest rate

I actually can’t stop..I bet light now for years but still lose yearly..I bet too many sports..I stop years ago for about 6 months but that’s my longest …it’s the action dopamine rush…and you always say this is it..,but doesn’t hapoen

I read an article by psychologist years ago where he said that gamblers actually like losing more then winning, because when they lose they want that rush they get making that next bet I totally agree with that article.

Old time bookie once told me dont force bets cause "ITS BETTER TO PASS ON A WINNER THEN BET A LOSER"  never knew what that meant for years

us older guys can write a book and we where the younger guys when we started in the 80s..I knew bookies from every mob family in n jersey and New York City..don’t fuck with the wrong bookie whose connected had a gun too my head one time
