One of the most difficult things for a team to overcome in preparing for the World Series is to have won your league championship series in 4 games and then having to sit around and not play any meaningful game ball for an entire week as is the case with the Dodgers. Sure, you can try to simulate play in practice, but nothing takes the place of facing an opponent of the like. To rest is to rot as they say. The Jays are live dogs in the series.

These people have no clue about the media over hyping the Dodgers ....go look at all the MLB numbers you want in comparison and people will see who outshines who as well as their top 2 stars who run produce in the Playoffs...

6-7 game series will come down to bullpens and clutch hitting I am thinking.... Dodgers and Jays two of the worst bullpen stats in playoffs but Dodgers Whip of 1.66 is going to be their achilles heel vs a Toronto lineup that does not strikeout and all hit 1-9 and you can throw 101 MPH fastball and they slap it into the outfield or hit the HR and they will dare you to strike them out with junk.....and if you throw one in the heart of the play...later in the count, quite a few guys sit on 3-1 /2-2/1-2 counts for junk that misses and hit the ball out

Aside from ohtani and teoscar dodgers haven't really done much offense wise. Ohtani did have a 3 hr game. Varsho had a 2 home run game. They may not have the big name overpaid players but blue jays have been the better team this post season and they have home field advantage and won 1 game this year than the almighty dodgers.
