The Blue Jays are good but I just don’t think that they can compete with the Dodgers. Any thoughts on this?
If they pitch around ohtani, Dodgers won't be getting many runs. One player doesn't not equal a world series win. You need a whole team that's what the blue jays have built this season.

Two outcomes in my mind....Jays pitching implodes and Dodgers win the series, or Jays win the World Series in a slugfest with the Dodgers starters falling off a cliff.

Think the books are giving the Blue Jays respect, only listing the Dodgers as a -225 favorite after making a mockery of the Brewers. Think this series will be tight.

I have to say I love these types of threads, where everyone thinks the series is already over.
In the regular season, every radio show, TV analyst and sports handicapper I listened to said the Yankees would come back and win the division. Their reasoning? They actually said Yankees are the better team. They couldn't have been more wrong.
Then in the Yankees vs Jays series, again, everyone picked the Yankees. The narrative grew even larger, when the Jays blew that 6-1 lead, to make it a 2-1 series. Again, the Jays proved everyone wrong and dominated the Yankees in Game 4.
Then again, everyone picked Seattle, when the Jays were down 0-2. We all saw what happened.
That story has hit peak level in this series vs the Dodgers. I haven't seen a single analyst or handicapper giving the Jays a chance. Love the series price here at +180 odds.

You dont know the Dodgers lineup if you think Ohtani is the while line up. Lol. They can explode this series and might. Slumps happen in bball. Even long ones. Dodgers win.

As long as we get a Quality World Series with both teams winning a few games to get it started off then I'll be happy. Although I prefer the Jays don't do like with Seattle & lose the 1st two at home this time!
The parties in Toronto have already started but the weekend will be Crazy!
