 I was really surprised with the technique he was using that he didn't snag one salmon. I saw he was using a fast retrieve method  & salmon will charge the bait/lure with a rush causing themselves to be "foul" hooked often & must be released.

Most people are cool about following the law & release the fish but as in almost anything, you have jerkoffs who try to game the system.

There's a live underwater camera that Deerfield Beach provides that can be viewed via the link above. There are probably 20 to 30 different species you can see including barracuda, snook, pompano, sand sharks & schools of bait fish.

The pier is under construction due to our last hurricane & won't be fishable for at least another 18 months but it's pretty cool seeing all the beautiful colors of the various species.

Thank you my friend, I'll surely give that a look, it will be like having my own HUGE fishtank!
