Started P90X this morning and just going to keep my progress in here, so if you don't like it then don't click on it...
Day 1 3/17
Chest & Back and abs..
Chest wasn't bad othern then those dive bomber push ups which I could only do like 5.. Back was pretty good but its tough being 6'4 and doing this in a 7ft door space..
Abs really sucked ass, they were doing reps of 25 me about 15 and struggling.. but I did my best..
stats-
6'4
36 years old
242 lbs
40 waist
body fat no idea yet..
I hide it well being tall..
My friend just did it for 60 days and he got ripped quick but he also a natural and was already built and just toned up more..

Are you taking any suppliments buddy? Just wondering.
Let me give you the truth about supplements...I've been in a gym and have seen hundreds sample all the top supps. my entire life...
They are total crap...all of them ...with the exception of creatine and protein powder...they come into store with all this fanfare about great pumps and mind blowing size and vascularity and leave with a whimper never to be seen again...why? THEY DON'T WORK SO PEOPLE STOP BUYING THEM...
Do not...i repeat DO NOT waste your money (and it will cost you if you do) on them outside of protein powder...put the weight on yourself and if you want a boost, drink some strong coffee...(i.e. this is doing it legally obviously which is my suggested and only route)

with all due respect that is not true at all. Pre workout supplements are some of the best things you can buy. Jack3d, Arnge Krush are the best 2 and they do give you great pumps and longer lasting sets. I used Arnge Krush for 5 weeks and my bench sets went up significantly and I was doing more reps. You can also feel your muscles expanding which is great too.
I do agree with some of the things you said though. Creatine is great and Protein is still a necessity to strength. A lot of products are crap, but there are still a lot of great ones.
