GT bounced check

I have talked nothing but great about this site.  I have used it for years.

I usually do the WU or MG and get it the next day.

I had a good week and I did WU and a check.

Well, my check bounced

I will update on the results of this but I am not happy

Hopefully, the bounced check is isolated and does not become a chronic problem.  Otherwise, try the wire option.

I just happened.  Bounced from my bank today.  Have to call them tomorrow

Well do.  I loved vip, and have been just as happy with gt.  But, when I get my first check and it bounces, that can all change.  Thats why I usually only do WU or MG.

yeah i know what you mean man,  wu and mg are the only way to go nowadays.   that way you have your money,  pay alittle bit for it but better to see green than wait on a check to clear

Spoke to customer service this morning.

I was told that they are sending me a West Union that I will pick up tomorrow for the check amount, plus the fees i received.

I will update more tomorrow.

If they follow through with this, I will once again continue to speak of gt as the best book out there.

The lady told me that one of the banks they used for their checks, closed their account and cause many checks to bounce, all of which they are sending WU for.

I picked up my Western Union this afternoon.  They even covered all 3 fees that I was charged by my bank.

Very happy with how they resolved this issue and how quickly.

I have always been pleased with them, and them resolving this issue so quickly/easily will only make me continue to recommend this site.

They dont have the betting options of every site, but I still would say they are the best.

This is the first time in about 5-7 years with this site, and how they handled this I know I wont have an issue again.

I have never had a problem with a WU/MG, and will continue to use that option.  If you do MG, you pick it up that same day.  If you do WU, you get it the next day.
