BetPhoenix Customer Service is Horrible

I'm very frustrated with BP.com and their new changes. I put my money in this book because of the low bet minimums and bonuses. Now, both are bitng me in the ass. I'm a small time gambler so I do like $2-3 bets.

Now they've raised their wagers to $5 minimums. They've done so for awhile. Despite that I've been able to get smaller wagers in. Now they've shut that out completely. I've tried multiple explanations to find out why I was able to do this before but no one there has any clue whatsoever.

Now all I want to do is take my original $100 deposit out forgoing the rest of the money which i swear some books allow you to do. I can't even do that. I sent an email to Richard but I doubt he'll even get back to me.

I want my money out of this book. Do any other books have lower bet minimums?

Hi Richard........I would term the new site design so so.  A couple of things.....1) Is it possible to have the current balance appear on all pages and not just in figures (if you are making different plays you have to always go back and see what is left), 2) Current balance should be what is available to play and not include the "amount at risk" number.
