Would anyone from the ACC be favoured in a CFP game?

I'm talking about the first round. Clearly no one from that conference will be a top 4 bye.

I can't see it regardless if they were a hosting a playoff game. This conference is mediocre at best.

Ga Tech is a helluva complete, and very well coached squad.  Don’t let the recency bias of the loss at NC state get you down.  Tough spot, and not the worst thing having an undefeated team get that first loss. 

I think an Iowa, Nebraska, BYU, Houston, Oklahoma, Texas, Vandy type teams would have their hands full with Ga Tech, especially in Atlanta.  We should know a lot more after they face UGA 11/28.  But of you wanna get ahead of the curve, these guys are a team to watch and will be tough to beat if they get that opportunity.

Of course

Miami (unlikely) would be a big favorite over all possible G5's.

Pitt the same, about a TD less.

GT (probably) - should also be favored over : USF, NTX, Tulane, Memphis, JMU - # might be less because GT is historically a weak favorite (dog should get hit hard).

  eg. GT (at home) should be favored over USF by 4 or so - but line will be 2/3 probably (USF will get hit hard / by me too)

Everybody but Duke should be favored over those 5, including SMU and Louisville

 Pitt will beat GaTech in 2 weeks

Notre dame knew preseason they could lose 2 games and have no problem making tourney… I would have thought 2 losses was an automatic out… but that will not be the case…  sorry if this is off topic.   

Pitt can't run, they're one dimensional. If GT defense spends a lot of time in the Pitt backfield, it's going to be a long day.

GT : great HC / outstanding veteran QB - that finds ways to WIN - at home, off BC, with Georgia in 6 days ....slight lookahead yes, but meaningless unless they win here.  Pitt : dumb HC that finds ways to LOSE / true Fr QB - on the road - in N Dame/Miami sandwich.
