Agreed. I like rooting for e Carolina always but defense numbers are mediocre in terms of yards allowed. E Carolina gets first downs at high clip and can run down this field. But tulsa can put up 20/25 points. If the total is 55, cover is the bet. 

Tulsa runs 4 yards per carry and they have a large talented receiver roster. Against a medicare defense they should be able to get some field goals. Maybe 20 or 23 points. 

Their D is also not the worst.
