I’ll be in the little apple for a game or 2 this fall. Hopefully K-State’s coach Klienman has addressed multiple items on the checklist. Time will tell.
I would have expected Iowa State to be favored in this game so a little suprised.

I was listening to J Klatt while i was cooking tonight list his playoffs projections… 16 Teams I believe
Only one from the Big 12 
and that was….drum roll. Kansas St. As a former Big12 QB at CU to leave out the Texas schools Tech, Baylor, TCU wasn’t sharp..Iowa state, Kansas and Cincinnati will be a handful. ASU and Utah could both have a great shot at a playoff run.
As I deep dive all conferences…I think the Big 12 pound for pound can hang with Big 10 and are actually much stronger
Teams #6-16 comparatively. Absolutely Ohio st, Michigan, Penn St, Oregon would win the Big 12…
But after that…. Well you tell me is the bottom half Big 10 superior to Big 12’s?
Not even close with the SEC vs BIG 10 bottom squads.

yep, it's all about perception to start the year to find the best value.. The teams you mentioned, especially teams like Auburn and OU could be good ones to start the year.. I think a lot of people are high on some of the ranked teams so the value might not be there as much with teams like S. Car, Ole Miss and Florida based on what people saw and expect from the end of last year.

One thing Mr Wheels… I should have been more clear that Southern Cal is the team I feel could be one to also watch this season with a keen eye, and not S. Carolina. Sellers is da kine in my book, but not enough weapons on both sides to contend with the week in pounding of the SEC. I do think Auburn will be live in the SEC if things go well….
