You obviously didn't watch the Florida game. Texas got bullied. OU's defense is better than Florida's and so is OU's QB situation. Mateer is likely playing. Texas' offensive line is terrible. Texas was favored by 13 last month. They haven't beaten a team ranked inside the top 80 this year. ??
How was Texas preseason one… several missed this by a mile…. Texas stats say they can’t run ball and have soft lines…. What happened that Texas has no tailback…. Who missed this by a mile7 weeks ago…. My little bit of watching Texas… arch is ok…. His team is poor…. Arch put under too much too soon…. He’ll be fine… but without looking at stats. … guys on radio this am said Oklahoma lines are way better… were the experts waaay off 7 weeks ago. I agree…. It’s ou or nothing. People harping on Arch, I actually was impressed with him against Florida, yea he threw a couple picks but his arm is more talented than I thought it was. If Mateer plays I'd stay away from betting Texas though I could be wrong. If Texas is having O line problems as Ive heard and statwise Sooners pass rush has been stellar then that would spell major problems for Horns.
On second thought this is a must win game for Texas if they are going to play postseason. Home field is huge for Texas even if Mateer plays. If he doesnt the backup was mauled by Texas last year, absolutely crushed 34-3. Despite the turnover that may be too much to overcome coupled with being on the road.

One of few with sense. Someone saying "college football isn't for Arch" is idiotic. He lost em some money and all of a sudden he's the worst. These idiots on these forums blow my mind. Florida had 35 QB pressures, like a dozen hurries and 6 sacks. Texas returned like one offensive lineman from last year. Last year in Arch's first full game I don't remember who he played but he won convincingly and threw for 300 plus, multiple TDs and no INTs. He is not as sorry as people think. My knocks against him is he holds the ball too long often. Easily fixable. I coached in Louisiana and I have seen Arch play in big games. He has a ton of pressure on him. He will be fine
They have never played it there when I have gone to the game. I wish they did. They have been playing at the old Cotton Bowl Stadium since I started going anyway in 1987. It's in Dallas though. Been sports betting for almost 30 years. This line is BEGGING you to take Oklahoma. Makes no sense to play Texas here at all. As others have said.. STAY AWAY! Or I played a small teaser of all the teams I like to win today I teased Oklahoma to 8.5

Not just Arch Manning they need to fix the players who are protecting him. That was lots of BS he faced.
But it's tough to correct things when a tough ass team is coming in . Oklahoma getting great odds here almost looking way too juicy though. One team been ass while the other looks good

I'm not full of confidence this week . I am a big LSU fan but I think they are in trouble so I got South Carolina as my main play today (tonight). This one is with no handicapping or running numbers.. it's straight feel. I bought a point and got South Carolina +10.5 good luck if you play it.
Arch is young behind a shit line. He will develop and fix his issues forcing plays from pressure. There's no run game support , special teams have issues and defense has been inconsistent. Gonna be tough rest of the season. I'm on OU if mateer playing otherwise I watch. Coming off a broken bone in throwing hand might be adjustment. Saying he's probable but I dunno might be smoking mirrors. Ironically gets off the bus hands in pocket lol maybe looking into too much. Best of luck to all crush the books
