Michigan State +13--Are you kidding me with State getting 13 points. This team only lost one game last year and they are getting 13 POINTS!!!!!!!  Oregon sucked at the end of last year losing to Stanford and then being blown out by Arizona.

Unload guys this team may win outright but take the huge 13 points for insurance.  Hurry this line is going to go down.

This thread made me change my pick. I had mich st plus 13.5. I just grabbed Oregon +12. At least I have a middle.

Still +13 at my book.  You just wasted money grabbing Oregon at +12.  Reason why the sharps are pounding Michigan State!!!!!!

Sharps backed off to let squares move line back to 13.  Sharps are going to the safe to get some more on the 13 line for State!!!!!!

Umm the sharps actually are taking Oregon...Vegas knows what they doing big game like this even espn said Michigan st will lose but they have to avoid getting blown out

State had to top defense in the entire country last year just like Stanford.

Also Oregon has no defense it only brings back five starters from last year and lost three of its top five tacklers.

Sharps all over this one huge!!!!!!!!

Picked State earlier ,They don't lose usally by less than 4 points .Whats bothering me now is everyone is on them .The media is all picking them,the covers comm.is all over them .,Then we got SKIN  starting a thread that has year in and year out when any game is posted as Best bet of the year ,Biggest bet of my life . No way they can lose by 14  .It makes me want to change my pick .....Usually the kiss of death not going with 1st instinct but ,have to consider it for sure ..   IMO ,last year  beating or losing to a team as a main reason why you like a team is not a winning formula

I like Stanford  today because I like they are home are returning a lot of players where USC is young  and in a big game . Stanford Oregon last years game has no bearing on either Oregons  or Stanfords game

Sharps are not on Mich State but the public certainly is with almost 70% of bettors on MSU with a high volume of bets.  Not sharp money. Can be found at Sports Insights  but I doubt if anyone here has won enough money to subscribe to SI.

Also, the Stanford team that MSU beat was a plodding physical running team and not enough speed in DB. They were almost a Big 10 type clone team and were tailor made for MSU.

 Oregon is another animal entirely and they quit last year after Stanford upset them.

Oregon looks very solid and you can see the line moving on Oregon -12 to -13 in spite of the heavy public betting.
About a 60% chance that Oregon covers in this spot

I tend not to trust "quotes" from bookies / so called "sharps" who have their own agenda in trying to sway public opinion about a game.

Fact - Majority of bettors are on MSU and the volume of bet is high.
Squares.   But the squares don't lose every bet and MSU is obviously a good team.

But over time, anyone  will go broke betting the the squares - in this case, it is MSU.

Careful with going to big on this. There's a reason why the line isn't moving so much even though nearly every man and his dog is on Michigan.
