Eastern Mich +44.5 @ OhioSt

I think EMU covers +44.5.  Ohio St. usually gets out to a big lead in the first half then puts its backups in for the 2nd half. I don't think they ever aim to intentionally blow anyone out. To me OhioSt will win by 35-40.  And I don't think OhioSt is going to be looking to get anyone hurt with the BigTen season starting next week.  EMU has historically been horrible but they have been playing a little tougher so far this year going 2-1 ATS.

Any other thoughts?

I think everyone has been surprised so far with how much OSU is scoring this year....not only that, but their D is solid all around and EMU will be lucky to get 2 FG's this game. Yes, the whole second half Tress will sit his starters, but the damage will already be done and a couple more garbage TD's from OSU will give them the cover.

OSU is 3-0 ats so far, why not ride them until they slip?

Nice idea. I love it.  I hadn't even looked at the over.  Sounds like a good plan to me! 

I'll take EMU to cover the spread with a backdoor cover in the 4th quarter. Team hasn't won in two years, after they get throttled in the first half I expect them to do their best to gain a tiny bit of momentum heading into the rest of their schedule

+1.  I think you see A LOT of Buckeye running the 2nd half.  Having said that it will probably be 38-0 at half.  Tread lightly on this one....

This one is a layup imo.  Forget about the game spread and total.  Play osu 1st h and 1st h over.  2nd h forget the line and play the 2nd h under.  The pattern is 6-0 in 2010.  The trend is your friend.
