Bowl Game Garbage

Some important advice especially for the young or new sports gamblers. These random bowl games have so many variables both pregame with opt outs and in- game ranging from opt outs to personal fouls.

 good point!  especially on the loose canons.  luckily players hard swing didn't knock one of the good referee now.. They should knock the fck out of the crooked zebras straight up!!!   

Yeah definitely losing interest, there's so many shit teams and shitty matchups don't want to watch!!!!!

What College Football does is brilliant with the help of ESPN. Despite all the opt outs, NIL, coaching moves, etc. They know two things that make all the difference:

1. People want to follow football. Doesnt mean they watch the entire game, it could just be on in the background. Buf it will always get enough attention from sports fans regardless of whose playing. 

2. People like action. In this insane economy there is a reason why sports betting has gone so main stream. Its basically taken place of the lottery. All ya got to do is pick the winner right? LOL Its the reason why you got an entire group of guys on the sports scoreboard app following a bowl game between Ohio and UNLV. LOL

That's basically I'll paraphrase it even more: they know they can put the WORST product out there and plenty will still bet on it.

To go even further: Instead of just realizing how crap it is and turning it off completely the holidays make people more prone to pleasure seeking behaviors like drinking drugs and gambling.

Players and coaches don't care about bowl games, why even play them?

This is essentially 1 step up from NFL preseason. Only difference is the starters (who haven't opted out) play the entire game.

Never followed college sports much but it seems like more and more of a joke with gambling, NIL, and the transfer portal.

look at this UNLV QB. Just threw a pick in the end zone and it looked like the coach was talking/bitching at him.

And he just jogged past and ignored the coach.

If you just take the under in all these bowl games you'll make a ton of money. Yes there will be a few overs here and there but not many. Teams coming off a few weeks are always out of sync. Guys opting out and moving to other places.  These bowl games keep getting uglier and UGLIER.

They should adjust it to 2 playoffs.

Top 16 teams in Power 4 Conferences. And Top 8 in Group of 5 conferences.

AJ I like that idea, have two separate competitive championships! The group of 5 would be great to watch!
