1* 21-15
2* 6-8
3* 1-1
4* 0-0
5* 0-0
Yesterday was a bummer. More right than wrong pics, but the units were in the wrong places. Can't believe Winthrop laid that egg.
1* Siena Saints +8.5
Probably too many points for the Bonnies to be giving to a team that returns 4 guys from a team a year ago, playing in a revenge spot.
1* South Carolina Gamecocks -15.5
I don't like double digit favs, but Presbyterian is playing their 5th game in 9 days, so that has to take a toll to some degree. South Carolina also just had a scare, but escaped Southern Miss in OT. Wake up call, blow out time.
1* American Eagles +18
American historically gives GW fits, as they are cross town rivals. And by fits, I mean they've won the last three meetings, two of them at GW. GW coming off a big win vs USF, kinda just going through the motions tonight, in a game that matters a whole lot more to the opposition.
2*Missouri Tigers -6.5
Mizzou has substantially better athletes than the Gophers, and this is the Tigers "premier" game, until the calendar flips. First road game for the Gophers and new coach Niko Medved.
1* Oakland/Houston Under 138.5
Houston is probably gonna win by 30, but it will be death by a million cuts. They will dominate Oakland on the glass, just hoping the Cougars outside shots aren't going against the Kampe zone.
1* Little Rock Trojans +20.5
This isn't Marquette of years past. They just got their brains beat in by Indiana, and next they have Maryland. Could be a get right spot, but I don't think they have a go to scorer, so 20+ points seems like a bit much. Little Rock also has been in the area since Sunday as they played Milwaukee on Monday so no travel legs.
1* UC- San Diego Tritons +1.5
Wrong team is favored here. Bulldogs have already dropped a home game to USC-Upstate, and while the Tritons lost a LOT from last years 30 win team, including their coach, new coach Allard was on the bench for years so the culture should remain. Defense first, 3pt shooters everywhere.
1*Southern Illinois/Nevada Over 152.5
Number has already come up 4 points, but I think it gets to 160+. Nagy loves to run, and while Nevada doesn't LOVE to run, they tend to be able to play whatever style comes their way under Alford, and I don't think they will shy away from getting up and down. Especially with SIUs defense being suspect at best.
1* Eastern Washington Eagles +8.5
Dan Monson has been around for what seems like forever, and pulls more of his players than most coaches could. He started things at Gonzaga, then to Minny, and onto LBSU. He's produced winners at all of them. This years team has lost to UCLA by 4, Loyola Mary by 8 and Colorado by 5 in OT. They seem to have the fight in 'em. Seattle, while good, is the worst of the teams EWU has faced so far. EWU won this tilt last year, so revenge is alive, but too many points.
GL everyone.
