Tough loss on Kentucky last night, 3-6 YTD....

St. Joe's team total over 72.5: Both teams like to get up and down, Joe's went for 76 on a Drexel team that is 320th in tempo, and I think they get theirs in a high-scoring tilt tonight. Think this is an 85-78 type game for Tech. St. Joe's I think will get the cover but I've been burned too much already on dogs early in season. 0.5 units.

VCU -21: Interesting matchup between the 8th fastest tempo against 339th (KenPom). Watched most of the game against Utah State and I think Martelli and the boys found something in the second half and they may have won it if the game was a few minutes longer. They have added some nice players in the portal and could be a very dangerous team in March. St Peters are still playing slow but aren't stopping much at all defensively and I think that continues tonight as the Rams roll to a lopsided win. 0.75 units.

Indiana team total over 94.5: Milwaukee can't get stops on the defensive end but it sure doesn't discourage them from pushing the pace when they have the ball. Hoosiers should be able to cover the 23 but if the Panthers get hot - which they are more than capable of - they can keep this within the number. Feel much more confident that Indiana gets to a 100 points themselves. 0.5 units.

Eastern Wash +8.5: Eagles have battled hard to close road losses against mostly good teams -- UCLA, LMU and Colorado in OT. They always play a challenging non-conference slate. Seattle hasn't exactly set the world on fire at home against 2 mediocre teams -- a 11-point win over Denver and a loss to Cal Poly. Gotta believe EW keeps this one close enough to get the cover, and it wouldn't be a huge shock if they won outright. 0.75 units.
