Anything under 147 &amp; Mayweather has big problems. At 147 it's another story. When I first heard of this fight I thought PBF would be too strong but after watching tapes of his fights against south-paws I have changed my mind. He shows some major vulnerabilities against aggressive lefties &amp; who better to exploit this then Freddy Roach. Pacman is at the top of his game now &amp; it remains to be seen if Mayweather will experience some ring rust in his next bout. Marquez is a good match-up for him because of his cautious style but Pacman will land some major blows because of his recent controled aggressive pressure. PBF's defense is much more effective against right handed opponents also. Personally I don't think Mayweather really wants this fight as his demanding a 60/40 split in the purse is ridiculous. He ducked many top contenders (until the last few years) so why take a chance on getting starched now. If I could take 6-5 or better at 143 I would bet the farm.
